Quick question !

I really like this script, I was looking at the code which is to advanced for me to understand fully and I have a question:

What is the purpose of " saveYourLocalStorage.html" ?

I understand it save something in the localStoregae of mt browser but why it need it ? and why this code need to be in an external webpage ?

It save state of script in localStorage of domain "spmbt.github.io" because localStorage of domain "google.XXX" was cleaned regularly (by Google scripts of site). No possibilities to save anything in domain google.XXX. State of script contains your individual settins: last selected hours, days, weeks, ..., sites and language of interface.

Also, for information, Facebook follows a similar policy on its website.
