No accidental google meeting raise hand

Adds preventive measures to ensure you do not raise your hand in a meeting by mistake, now when the button to raise hand is clicked a browser popup will open to ask if you really want to do it, it also adds a checkbox on the bottom right that makes the raise hand button hidden.

Functionalities to ensure you do not accidentally click on "raise hand" when in a call on google meetings.

The script adds two measures, the main one is that now when you click on the "raise hand" button a popup will ask if you really want to do it, the second one is that on the bottom right corner there is a checkbox allowing you to hide the "raise hand" button.
