Add filters and additional sorters and "Load all pages" button to Fanfiction.net.

Filter and Sorter has a "Rating M" option.
Select options are automatically filtered by the information on the current page.
If there is no "Rating M" in the rating options, there is no "Rating M" story on the current page.
There is no "rating M" in ratings options.
