Auto-clears chat history when visiting chatgpt.com
< Feedback on Autoclear ChatGPT History
@boris 2 that is very alarming to know, I will try to contact Bitdefender to confront them about why they are raising alarms for harmless redir to jsDelivr CDN
To be more detailed, I get this message alarm 10 times!!! within few seconds:
"We blocked this dangerous page for your protection:
https://media.autoclearchatgpt.com/
Accessed by: brave.exe
Dangerous pages attempt to install software that can harm the device, gather personal information or operate without your consent."
Just from clicking on

I have not installed the script yet, obviously. This is the first time I had Antivirus alarm on greasyfork.org . However, I have been using Bitdefender Free Antivirus only for 3-4 month, and it tends to give alarms once in a while, but before this case only on NSFW websites.
Well it's completely safe, if you visit it from a different browser or disable Bitdefender, it just redirects to https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/adamlui/autoclear-chatgpt-history/media/ and there is a single folder 'images' (pictures can't have viruses)
I have submitted the form to report the false positive, you should do the same here https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29358/ if you believe me pictures cannot be malicious (browse the images folder it's just icons and logos)
@boris 2 I just installed Bitdefender free AV and can visit https://media.autoclearchatgpt.com + install this script no problems, can you confirm that is the case for you too now?
Yes, I can confirm. No alarms now. I know that 90% of antivirus warnings are false because I know how they detect potential new viruses (They keep track of scripts that were used in previous virus attacks and if your script looks a bit similar they flag it just in case). My advice for future scripts writers, run them through online antivirus aggregator check just in case.
Thank you for the advice, also for this alert to the false positive, I have added you to contributors section
For some reason, Bitdefender Antivirus registers your script's website (media.autoclearchatgpt.com) as virus infected (with all alarms). The same was a few weeks a go when I first clicked on this page.
