Do not display discord blocked messages + No emoji reaction popup

I don't care about blocked messages... removes the emojis, removes the hover bacckground color

Adds small css on the browser based discord so the blocked messaged do not appear in the chat.

Css : .messageGroupBlocked-3wrQQX,[class^="blockedSystemMessage"],.messageGroupBlockedBtn-1PBBh- {display: none !important}

You can use Better Discord if you use the app and use this css in Custom Css.

If you want to unblock the person you may have to mention the user first since you don't see the messages anymore. Then right Click the name in the chat and click unblock.
