Hey, for some reason I can no longer access the settings

Edit: The script itself seems to still work, but not always....

Cannot reproduce. Troubleshooting information required.

OS, browser, extentions, scripts? Versions?

Can confirm youtube update something a few hours ago and broke the script on my end too.

Windows10, Chrome, Ublock Origin/Tempermonkey only your script activated, 2.26.3.

Yeah, seems like it's a youtube problem since the script still works on my other google accounts/ chrome profiles. I hate youtube update crap

Just to verify: does browser stays on the same URL (https://www.youtube.com/fix-settings) or redirects somewhere else?

No still (https://www.youtube.com/fix-settings), just shows error 404 not found in the chrome tabs and the content is same as the screenshot the OP posted.

Logging off and using youtube without being signed in works and the script behaves normally including the settings page, but if i try to sign in to my account it breaks the script again.
