As of Jan 23th 2021 on Greasemonkey 4.10.0, you can fix the script by adding this to the start of the script:

function GM_addStyle(css) {
    var style = document.createElement('style');
    style.type = 'text/css';
    style.textContent = css;
    document.head.appendChild(style);
}
