Hide videos of blacklisted users/channels and comments

exclude ://www.youtube.com/live_chat?
add the exclusion Would be nice to hide the B button on live chat panel.
the button is shown only the live streaming channel does not have donation button right next to emoji button.
by the way, I totally love your work. it make me great experience on youtube always.
