I think you saw a re-tweet of a promoted tweet.
At that moment it's not a promoted tweet any more.
(the text "Promoted", "Uitgelicht", "Gesponsert" or "Promocionado" must be under it)
oops , i saw it too
some have "promoted by.... " and not only "promoted".
i will think of a fix
