Rick, I have noticed that a lot of users have tried to respond to the "no-reply" e-mails they get when we editors answer their reports and this leads to us closing out their reports to not identified as we never get a response back. Can we add a comment right in the beginning that says something like the normal "vol responding" but has the added, "please do not respond to the automated e-mail as it goes not no one, please respond by updating the report via the app or login to WME (https://www.waze.com/editor) to update it." Thanks
