Allows you to use the left and right arrow keys to navigate chapters at Mangallama, enables WASD scrolling and navigation, and adds a link to the title page for each chapter

Just adds a few simple quality of life enhancements to Mangallama. It enables you to navigate chapters with the arrow keys. It also enables scrolling and chapter navigation using the WASD keys, in case you prefer to use your left hand.

Additionally, I've noticed that when viewing a chapter on Mangallama, there is no link or button that leads you back to the title page of that manga, so I've made the script add one. Right above the first page of the manga, where it shows the title and the chapter number, you can now click on the title to return to the title page.
