Hi!
Please make a script which allows us to apply upscaling algorithms in browser, for images and videos. For videos, it doesn't matter if we need to have the video accessible as a file, meaning it won't work on some systems. For the images, there could be a shortcut which to apply the upscaling to all the selected items, or which to upscale the image under our cursor/mouse at the time of pressing the shortcut.
Among the algorithms, there should be integer scaling or nearest neighbour, FSR (which is open-source), lanczos, anime4k, and what else you think would be useful.

For example, we have a chrome extension which uses integer upscaling for zoom at 200%, 400%, and other integer-multiples of 100%. https://tanalin.com/en/projects/smart-upscale
