You can pop up embeded videos by right click. (It may require permission for pop up blocker at the first pop)

B: I want to control videos even if the focus is not on the embedded video but on the site.

A: I was supposed to make this comment on "Volume Curve Designer", for some reason I did it here, but it would be taking control even if the website owner doesn't want to.
