Thanks to the author for the useful filter. As of 09-Nov-24 it seems to be working well.

Feature request: Is it possible to filter articles based on their titles and also the words that are contained their summaries? Sometimes the word I'd like to filter isn't in the title, but it's contained in the article summary. Thanks to the developer.

Yes, it is possible.

You can filter by entering words in the third input field from the top in the Exclude words tab and Highlight words tab in the settings section, or by entering them in the text area at the bottom without delimiters.
