you're right, in my case, I don't even see the dialog pane. I think I know the cause of this bug, but it will take a little while to fix. I'll let you know when it's good

Doesn't seem to do anything. I see a dialog box pop up on https://paper-io.com/teams/ but as soon as you click play to get in the game, that menu goes away and worse it can't be moved, brought back without refreshing the site, and is completely hidden under some other page elements. So, even if it is actually does work, there is no way to use it in its current state.
