Not working for shift+number row
Of course not, that's a different key. The default shortcut keys are specifically the numpad ones, but you can change to any key. This is not a bug.
Nonetheless I will work on making it possible to use key combinations for the shortcut, however I don't recommend using the regular =(+) key since it triggers YouTube's own caption resizing shortcut, even with shift pressed, and with ctrl it triggers the browser's zoom shortcut. You'll probably be able to use it together with the alt key once I figure out the key combination thing, though.

There's now an option to set it like that if you want.

I personally adopted q=like, as in bilibili's default.
