Adds quality change buttons below the video (144p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p...) works on mobile (m.youtube.com) and on desktop.

Thank you for your feedback, updated once again, and now it works on phone, tablet and desktop. Please update and test.
It worked on the phone before the update. Also not working on pad (android)
