Tiktok is automatically blocked, but can be changed by removing the link in the line // @match.

Steps:
Download Google Extension TamperMonkey
Create a new script and replace all the code with this
Go To Settings
Go To User Includes
Click Add
Put in the website you would like to block
Ex. https://www.youtube.com/*
You're done!
