-Fixed stable/beta code mix-up where the beta welcome banner could appear on the stable version but not the beta version

-Fixed non-custom player sizes preventing you from scrolling the modern playlists

-The settings menu has been completely overhauled. Now inspired by CustomTube's settings menu, it should be easier to use.
-Many new options have been added, including Layout select, Gbar version, Related videos size, and more.

-The previously hidden Early 2015, Early 2016, Mid 2016, and Early 2017 layouts are now selectable.

-A theoretical 2024 Hitchhiker layout has been added. It uses the experimental Ringo2 branding and colors (slightly pink instead of red). This includes the red to pink gradient progress bar on the player.

-Cosmic Panda in general is much more accurate than before.
-expAdaptiveLayout has been added. When enabled, watching a video will cause the site to change to the layout that existed when that video was made (or the closest thing available). For example, a video from 2015 will give you the 2015 layout, a video from 2011 will give you the 2011 layout, etc. All videos from before 2011 will give you the 2011 layout, and all videos after 2022 will give you the 2022 layout.
-expAdaptiveLayout2017Cap will cause every video from after 2017 to give you the 2017 layout.
-You can now lock settings by right clicking them, which will prevent them from being changed by presets or the adaptive layout setting. Locked settings are yellow.
-Layout presets are now more accurate as a result of the new lock settings feature (expAlwaysShowCompactDate is now disabled on most layouts for example)
-expLogoLinksToFeed and expHomepageRedirectsToFeed now use /feed/what_to_watch/recommended instead of /feed/recommended_for_you, which means channel names and pfps are now visible
-You can now click your pfp on the account menu to go to your channel
-2015-2016 player exit fullscreen button hover animation is now fixed
-Modern Hitchhiker layouts are now even more accurate, with modern playlists, corrected comment header, and more
-The gap between the topbar and the guide on the Hitchhiker and Polymer layouts has been fixed
