Remembers the last video player you picked and auto-picks it for every subsequent video. To change the choice, just manually choose a different video player.

Updates the Previous/Next links to adjust to the video player choice.

Updates the title of the tab to generate better filenames for your download attempts (IDM, FDM, etc.).

Updates the favicon.
