Filters out multiple tags

It doesn't need that `const BLUR` set to `true`, because it breaks things. Also need a notice that it only excludes major tags, not minor ones.
In other words, it ends up becoming useless. Try to refer to https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/464588-e-itch-io-exclude-tag-may-2023 when revamping this script to actually work.
