Improves Wikipedia's Vector 2022 interface design

Changes made:

Modifications

  • fix font bolding when scrolling
  • increase font size from 14px to 18px
  • increase line height of table of contents and infobox
  • increase margins of paragraphs and headings
  • increase maximum content width
  • remove gray site background
  • restore original link color (#3366cc → #0645ad)

Additions

  • gray background to header
  • horizontal scrolling for tables (requires browser with :has() selector support)
  • wikipedia mobile's system font stack -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", "Roboto", "Lato", "Helvetica", "Arial", sans-serif
