I've never built out downloading support, since it can't really be done well from a user script with the way Pixiv's image server is set up. We always have to redownload the image even if we just downloaded it for viewing, it won't just save it from cache. Pixiv also made some noises about detecting batch downloaders, it seemed like mostly handwaving (what's the point?) but I don't want people getting themselves blocked by trying to download whole searches too quickly. I've thought about having a download queue outputting to a directory, so it could stagger downloads so it doesn't spam them all at once, but I don't know if it would work well enough with script limitations to be worth it...
