Adds GIS layers in WME

Hey Larry! Sorry for the LATE reply (rarely remember to check for feedback on Greasyfork). Hopefully you got what you needed by now... I believe the SMs should have access to the appropriate GIS Buttons sheet.
Submission of new web addresses for GIS layers
We are going to be updating Tennessee's GIS, what is the best method to submit the changes. Looking though the code I can see the incorrect addresses would you want the old address along with the new address that will replace it?
