Reddit shut down the Pushshift service so no websites or scripts can access it.

Nothing can be done at this point. Re-hosting the Pushshift data would not be practical so the only thing we can do is wait and see what happens at r/pushshift.
Well, the data is out there: https://www.reddit.com/r/DataHoarder/comments/13pjklo/reddit_comments_and_submissions_collected_by/
Thanks, it doesn't seem like it's very accessible as of now though. I don't have the infrastructure to host and index 30 terabytes of data to make it easily searchable. If someone does end up making a new public API, I'll switch to that, but as of now, I'm only seeing people hosting small sections of the data (for example, http://redarc.basedbin.org/ with just r/DataHoarder).
The latest update should allow approved moderators (https://redd.it/14ei799) to access the data using an API token from https://api.pushshift.io/signup
Unfortunately, for non-moderators, there is still no practical solution available.
Getting 403 errors on every attempt.
Are there alternatives to this script?
