Hide the default playlists in the navigation on the left side of Youtube

보통 Unfortunately, Youtube seems to have rolled out changes so that playlists can no longer be expanded and sorted, but are stuck in a subpage.

좋음 Partially broken again due to more YouTube changes. Hides properly, but does not auto-expand show more.

좋음 Seems something recent on YouTube broke part of the script, and the auto expansion of "show more" isn't working anymore.
