When clicking the notifications icon, displays notifications in a dropdown pane, without leaving the current page.

Yes I'm afraid those stopped working after GitHub's update to the notifications page.
In 1.2.4 I have added some code to sort of get those three buttons working again (although not as well as before).
Clicking the tick should grey out that notification, but there's no visual feedback from the other two buttons, and no way to undo.

Hi @brian6932, it seems to be working ok for me at the moment, with the following caveat:
Perhaps one day I'll update the code to reload the dropdown after one of those clicks, so we can see the updated state. It might be a bit slow.
