Simple filtering for profanity from website text. Not limited to static text, while avoiding performance impact.

良 Works very well! This worked very well on my choice of websites. I chose not to run it on all websites, just one. I used Firefox v62.0 (64 bit) and Greasemonkey 4.x.

良 Doesn't filter out disqus comments. Other than that good job. It would also be helpful if Innuedo words ca be filtered out to. Thanks!
