Hide videos of blacklisted users/channels and comments

As of Nov 19, 2023, no longer works. I'd do some trouble shooting but I'm a python and Bash programmer.Wish there was a way to export the block list to something public to share with others.
channel block also doesnt work, since youtube get rid of channel tab, many account are no longer viewed as channels so they cant be blocked
