Heyo! When the script is activated, it causes a bug on the YouTube homepage, that makes the left sidebar disappear. The sidebar seems to be gone completely, you can still click the "extend"-button and it will change the layout, but all the buttons/elements are gone and you can't interact with them anymore.
If this is intentional, than just ignore this comment ^^°
