Grundos Cafe Shopban Timer

Display the remaining time of a Shop Ban in the sidebar, down to the seconds. It will require to visit a shop again after a purchase. Refresh ban will be picked up immediately. Will not work accurately across multiple devices.

    - Detection now works with sidebar disabled in Main Shops
    - Hopefully no more negative timer display
    - Time will now adjust itself when visiting a shop and detecting an earlier shop ban lift time. This is supposed to fix the display when values reset randomly, so you can try for a more accurate time afterwards by visiting a shop once the displayed hour changes. I think this is the best solution that I can implement. The values shouldn't reset in the first place.

    If you notice any performance impact on visiting shops, please let me know. I still want restocks to be fast.
