-you already have the part
-you lack Kaiju status
-when you already have the bloodline mr roboto for easy money tourney
-when you already have a non part item (flux capacitor)
-when you already have the pass (FKF Qualifier)
-when you already have Tiny Bee 2.0 (FKF)
