Actually, there is an issue with this script, clicking on items in the table of contents (# anchors) fails to navigate you to that section. I think this might be related to the clean url code.

I've noticed another nasty bug, it seems to eat the previous history so the back button doesn't work. It's intermittent, mainly for the first few links.

Hi, sorry more bug reports :)
When you click on an anchor (# menu) and then click on a link, it fails to send you to that link.
I think you should become a tester, you can find so many buggy things in code.
P.S. Bug is fixed, I hope the last one.
