由于tg网页版客户端使用的是streaming协议，目前的下载原理无法实现获得下载直链，因而也无法导出IDM等外部软件。如果有实现的思路，欢迎到GitHub页面contribute！
作者大大我下载了脚本可是还是没办法下载原本被禁止下载的视频呀，求帮忙
下载视频时能调用外部Internet Download Manager 软件下载吗？
浏览器自带的下载没有多线程下载太慢了。
或者说能复制到下载地址到其他下载工具下载
