Hi! Thanks for the quick update, for now it looks the same, notice how the dislike number also is broken, even with the official Return YouTube Dislike script, which is weird.
I tried reloading the page several times, and also emptying YouTube's cache from Safari (Develop -> Empty Caches), do you have any tip so I can help you find the problem?

Hi @adamlui, I decided to test the script on a Windows PC, to make sure this issue is not related with the macOS version of Tampermonkey.
I tested the latest version of the script with Tampermonkey on Brave, and I'm seeing the same behaviours; Like/dislike and other buttons with background, dislikes not showing unless I use the official Return YouTube DIslike script, and sometimes the like/dislike ratio bar is broken, appearing inline next to the buttons or not centered correctly.
This script worked very well for some time, but the last few weeks I've had issues with the watch page buttons, they're "rounded" but in a glitchy way, as shown on this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/4VDbuuj.png
I'm on macOS Sonoma, with the latest version of Safari and Tampermonkey.
