AO3: [Wrangling] Tag List to Clipboard

Adds "Copy Links" and "Copy Texts" buttons at the top of the tag list in a bin. Select multiple tags and click the button. They'll be copied to your clipboard, as a list of links or text (depending on the button) ready for pasting into a tag comment or in chat.

If you don't want to see either one of the buttons, you can comment out (by adding two forward slashes // at the beginning of the line) to

the line 17 to hide the "Copy Links" button,
or line 18 to hide the "Copy Texts" button.
