Fixed a bug where icon update and clearing ratio loss amount broke after purchasing a torrent with a FL.

Torrents "On list for next FL pick" mouse over changed from "next FL pick" to "get YYYY-MM-DD" where date is the first day of the next FL period. e.g.
Book Title | get 2022-07-26

Apple-touch-icon set to favicon to see if that works in Safari.

Removed NaN calculations for new members who start with an infinite ratio.
Set small and medium ratio losses back to old defaults .3 and .6, leaving only large at 2.
Added calculation of next FL period start date, so mouseover text for FL torrents reads 'till YYYY-MM-DD instead of 'till next FL.

Finally I have a formula to set a target range in which the script can identify when it is cheaper to use a FL than bonus points to restore your ratio.
FL wedges are a better buy than I thought if my math is correct. New MAM users with low ratios please post your results in the forum. Here's an example of the cost to restore information with the new formulas and DEBUG set to 2 for verbose messages:

The use a FL file size for your ratio is: 134.21 KiB based on a 200 bonus point average FL cost when you contribute to each vault.
The use a FL file size for your ratio is: 32.77 MiB based on a single 50,000 bonus point FL cost from the store.
Calculations based on ratio= 3125.084217, approximately 61,736,575,721 future upload bytes, and a download size of 19,755,171.84 bytes.

Corrects missing ratio loss when >=100. Instead of "Ratio Loss 10.1234" the text in the button now reads "LOSS 1023.124".
A new icon has been added that shows up in userscript managers like Tampermonkey.
There is some prototype code commented out that will be expanded for possible FL usage tracking in the future.

Added dynamic favicons, and extra title information for mouse over tab views.

MAM changed file size units from MB to MiB, KB to Kib etc. This broke parsing values for calculations which is now fixed.
One torrent had commas in the file size which also broke calculations. Now commas are removed before calculations.
The FL Recommended button is now disabled, but reenables automatically after purchasing the torrent with a FL.
This can be changed back by commenting out line 229.

Removed the View Calculations button and a needless ajax request it performed.
