pixiv ツリー型コメント

Deletes stamps on comment sections. In addition, changes the comment section’s default linear mode to threaded mode on comment sections in group pages.

With this change, I separeted the part about design of the comment section into the user style (user CSS) [pixiv Comments Section Space Saving](https://greasyfork.org/scripts/412706 "Reduces margins and adds horizontal lines to reflect previous layout.") If you will like the prior design, you can use the user style.
