Knoa, is it possible to adjust audio/video synchronization on youtube? It'd be awesome to be able to do that with one of your script))

Exactly. Some wireless headphones are pretty annoying with a highly noticeable delay. That would be nice if you could send an audio ahead of the video.

@knoa - This is awesome! Although I'd prefer userscript so I could see the code and make sure there are no yoyo in it. This will do for now, thanks a lot! But please consider writing one. I think it might be popular. Thanks again.

And you can check the code of extensions, too. (the way varies depending on your OS or browser)

(This is just a memo for me)

The current possible solution is to duplicate the video for using visual and audio separately, like the extension linked above.

If browsers support a negative delay value for DelayNode, it will get a neat solution.
