you need this url to work https://www.google.it/search?hl=it&tbm=isch&q=collage
(nothing to do with the script but install clearURL extension to remove unnecessary items from URLs)
The regex should be /https?:\/\/(www\.)?google\.[^\/]+\/search\?.+tbm=isch.*/ to allow for URLs where tbm=isch is the last parameter.
Absolutely no need for other extensions or changing the actual URL.
It's great, I was looking for somthing like this for a long time.
Just one issue. It didn't work on:

I guess if tbm=isch is not at front it does not work. All the translations make it huge, I think not many people require all of them.
