Added back the backup CSS load with a customizable delayAdded current volume into the toast msg.Was working on improving the toast message to be less annoying, but I might need to rewrite the whole thing.If you have any suggestions on a toast lib, or a sample of creating a new div and hide/show it, please let me know.
Made CSS edits, as well as wrapped it into its own function that gets called on DOMContentLoadedAlso made it more obvious on where to edit the toast options.

Changed the volume up/down toast to only display for half a second instead of 3 secs, left the other toasts alone

Changed how the CSS was added, I noticed that it would sometimes load way to early and not take effect so I changed it to load when the DOM get loaded instead.
Removed the clearInterval as it was sometimes causing the skip to not happen on my end.
