Tired of Facebook's "Suggested Posts" cluttering up your news feed? Load this script and... POOF!! Gone!!

The details:
This script will look for the text, "Suggested Post" that appears on some of the posts in your news feed. Those are ads, not posts from friends and followed pages. This script deletes them as soon as they appear. So you never see them.
