Thank you for the report, it's unfortunate Youtube keep changing things! I've fixed this now with version 2021.04.30.
Some userscript managers can take days to check for updates so if anyone still has this issue please manually check for updates or click the script install button again to force the latest version.

'Smaller player size' & 'UI Button' were broken with the last YT update
