Forces Google Image Search to display sizes for all the images by default.

Hi, i don't know if it's language dependant, but it doesn't work on my french part... Still see "Tools" and size appear only on hover...
And my advise is to not remove tools button because it's not only size, it's color, type, and more... then sometimes u search specific picture.
