I'm not understand your comment fully, but... : )
Next version 23.2017.2.4 fixes disabling of border of input field. (The bug was present because script was remove class "sbibod" around input element, but new google styles need it now.)
Something changed today in Google.
This morning everything was almost White on white, I figured it was the background-color CSS tag that was "messed".
So I just edited the ALL CSS "background-color" tag to #4683eb (blue google) and everything seem fine now.
I'm not sure why such thing happened but I'm fine now. :-)
