currently supports:

terraria.fandom.com => terraria.wiki.gg
minecraft.fandom.com => minecraft.wiki (also phoenixsc => peenixsc)
pathofexile.fandom.com => poewiki.net
yugioh.fandom.com => yugipedia.com
