It's still working for me in Chrome. What browser are you using, and what are the circumstances when it's not working?
not working since january mor or less. Firefox
It should be working again if you install version 1.3. Youtube keeps changing the ID of the autoplay toggle, which is frustrating. It is current again and working for me.
