Ok I think you should use convertedLink.toLowerCase() when replacing the link to match Twitch's behavior. Also this doesn't support the new widget yet

Gut This does not work when the URL already has query parameters like with https://www.instagram.com/?hl=en You should probably make use of URLSearchParams
