YouTube - Pause background videos

Pause videos playing in other background tabs. When you start playback of a video in foreground tab, background playback will be paused.

Bad YouTube already does this by default. The opposite is needed for chrome based browsers on Android...continue to playback when app or tab is not in focus any longer
