closing tabs in chrome ctrl+w not working

no. its just chrome messing around.
i have similar issue with spacebar play/pause in youtube which i resolved by a "Youtube: Spacebar to Play/Pause Videos" tampermonkey script.

This is a youtube problem, not a browser, so it's unrelated. Ctrl+W is an important shortcut, so I'm not sure if this even could be influenced by a scripts. Do you have a clear instructions how you can reproduce this problem? Is it even reproducible or a quite random? Maybe you just clicking off the app making it unfocused? Maybe some other app is making itself focused? When an app is unfocused its shortcuts clearly will not work. You can test it just by clicking your taskbar, making it focused, Chrome Ctrl+W would not be working
I have issues with closing tabs in chrome with ctrl + w.
Sometimes it doesnt work when alt+tabbing.
Can u release a script for tampermonkey to fix this?
